We are looking to hire Customer Care Executive & Billing Executive in Chennai for one of our retail industry - A leading mobile retailing company having presence in all over India, with 2500 employees and planning to open more showrooms in Tamil Nadu.   Qualification/ Required skills Any Diploma, UG, Any Degree ** Any Bachelor"s degree or Diploma (12+3 or 12+2). ** Must have basic system knowledge to operate the application. ** Pleasing personality ** Should be able to speak in English and Tamil ***Engineering and PG candidates are not eligible*** ***Only Male candidates can apply for this job***  Role Profile for Customer care executive Customer care executive Understand customer needs and demonstrate the products (mobile handsets, accessories or any other Value added services) using dummy / live handsets or catalog. Empha on saleable features, USP and benefits of the products to the customer. Discuss with the customer and based on the situation, up-sells, cross sells and quotes correct prices.
